As someone with a high-stress job, I was desperate for something to help me unwind. The PureGround has been a miracle! I feel so much calmer at night, and my tension headaches have disappeared. My lower back pain has also reduced significantly, and I have more energy to play with my kids. It’s easy to use and fits perfectly on my bed. I wish I’d found this sooner – it’s worth every penny!

I suffer from fibromyalgia, and the PureGround has been a game-changer for me. The constant pain and inflammation in my joints have reduced, and I’m sleeping better than I have in years. I also feel less anxious, which is a huge relief. The mat is easy to set up and doesn’t interfere with my sleep at all. I’ve even noticed I have more energy during the day. This product is a blessing – I can’t recommend it enough!

We also include a manual, testing instructions and QR code in the package with your grounding mat. If testing with a multimeter, ensure it supports safety resistance up to 100,000 Ohms. Our cords are designed with a built-in resistance of 91,000 Ohms for your safety.
