How Grounding Works
Grounding connects your body to the earth’s natural energy, which helps neutralize harmful free radicals. While standing barefoot outside is one way to ground, our indoor grounding mat allows you to connect to the earth using a grounded electrical outlet. Electrical outlets are grounded to the earth through your home’s wiring system, and when you use the mat, the earth’s slight negative charge flows through the outlet to the mat, delivering potential benefits like improved sleep, reduced pain, and overall wellness.

I’ve been struggling with poor sleep, chronic back pain, and constant stress for years, so I decided to give the PureGround a try after reading about the benefits of grounding. I’m honestly blown away by the results! After just one week of sleeping on this mat, I’ve noticed a huge difference. I fall asleep faster, wake up feeling refreshed, and my morning stiffness has significantly reduced. The pain in my lower back has decreased, and I feel less anxious throughout the day. I also have more energy to tackle my daily tasks, which is a big win for me.
