The item arrived damaged. When I first received it, the box was all crumpled and the important part where I had to wear the shoes in an open state was broken, separated, and detached. I forced to hold it in my hand and put it back in. The problem was too big, so I immediately requested a refund. The refund process was fast and thank you.

I tried it in a shoe dryer that was dried to some extent and slightly less, but it had a warm wind and a warm temperature, so it was okay. I wish I could just fix the dial or time timer.

Good little speaker for the office not suited for loud ambient noise areas.. on max volume with certain music the speaker will distort and this also depends on the surface that it is placed.. totally trial and error situation. But great little pocket speaker for the price
